摘  要:心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)是当今社会危害人类健康和生命最主要的疾病之一,血小板的病理性激活在CVD的发病过程中起着重要作用。微小RNA(miRNA)是一类在转录后水平调控基因表达的小分子RNA,参与多种疾病的发生发展,多种miRNA都与CVD密切相关,研究表明血小板含有丰富的miRNA,本文就血小板来源的miRNA在CVD中的作用进行综述。Cardiovascular disease is the most hazardous to human health. Pathologically activated platelets play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases, mieroRNAs are a class of small RNAs playing a role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expressions and are involved in the develop- ment of many diseases. Many microRNAs are closely associated with cardiovascular disease. Studies have shown that platelets are rich in microRNAs and the role of platelet-derived microRNAs in cardiovascular disease is reviewed in this paper.
