社会价值观变迁背景下科技创新的人文环境建设

摘　　要：社会价值观是人文环境的重要组成部分,优秀的社会价值观是推动科技创新的原动力,而不良社会价值观将成为科技创新的桎梏。当今社会价值观发生剧变,崇高价值理想边缘化、个体价值衡量尺度物化、日常生活价值疏离等价值失范现象不断产生,这些价值失范诱发了诸多制约科技创新的负面效应。要减少价值失范对科技创新的负面影响,就必须以社会主义核心价值观引领社会价值重建,构建民主宽松的价值环境和实事求是的价值态度。As an important part of humanistic environment,good social value is a driving force for scientific and technological innovation, but bad social value is a shackles for scientific and techno-logical innovation. Social values have changed dramatically nowadays, and consequently the lofty value ideal is marginalized, and individual value measurement materialized,and daily life value is alienated these value irregularities have a negative impact on scientific and technological innova-tion. In order to weaken the negative impact of value irregularity on scientific and technological innovation, we must reconstruct the social value system under the guidance of socialist core val-ues, and establish democratic social value environment and realistic value attitude.
