浅谈赤峰市疾控中心2013-2015年能力验证活动

摘　　要：目的通过参加CNAS组织的或其承认的外部能力验证各实验室间的对比活动,对中心检测活动及结果进行监控、验证和评价,以持续保持检测活动的有效性和检测结果的准确性。方法对能力验证的结果进行分析,可疑结果和不满意结果进行原因分析后做测量审核。结果 2013年参加的能力验证有一项结果不满意,2014年参加的能力验证结果有一项可疑,2015年参加的能力验证结果全部满意。结论能力验证是有效的外部质量保证活动,是中心内部质量控制的补充。结合3年的能力验证结果分析指出对本中心的技术能力有较好的促进作用。Objective To keep the validity and accuracy of testing activities, monitor, verify and evaluate center test activities and results by participating in proficiency testing programs organized by CNAS or external interlaboratory proficiency testing activities recognized by CNAS. Methods Analyze proficiency testing results and take measurement audit aider finishing causal analysis of unsatisfied and uncertain results. Results One of 2013 proficiency testing results is unsatisfied, one of 2014 proficiency testing results is uncertain, and all of 2015 results are satisfied. Conclusion Proficiency testing is an effective external quality assurance activity and a supplement to internal quality control of the center. The three year testing results analysis proves the catalytic role on technical ability of center.
