摘  要:研究了掺量为6%和8%的原状造粒及裂化生活废旧塑料改性中海油70#和茂名90#沥青混合料的马歇尔性能、高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗磨耗能力及疲劳寿命等路用技术性能。结果表明:裂化生活废旧塑料改性沥青混合料的稳定度超过15 k N,提高率超过40%;原状造粒生活废旧塑料和裂化生活废旧塑料改性沥青混合料的TSR>80%,动稳定度DS>3 000次/mm,疲劳寿命和抗磨耗能力均显著高于基质沥青混合料;裂化生活废旧塑料改性沥青混合料的路用技术性能优于原状造粒生活废旧塑料改性沥青混合料的。Two kinds matrix asphalts Maoming-90 and CNOOC-70 were chosen, and blended with cracking recycled plastics(CRP) or recycled plastics(RP) by mass of 6% and 8% respectively, and then CRP/RP modified asphalt mixtures were made. The properties of Marshall index, high temperature stability, water stability, abrasion resistance property and fatigue life of those RP/CRP modified asphalt mixtures were studied. The results show that the stability of CRP modified asphalt mixtures can achieve 15 kN, with increasing rate of 40% , and the TSR 〉 80% , DS 〉 3 000 r/mm of both RP and CRP modified asphalt mixtures. The fatigue life and abrasion resistance property of RP and CRP modified asphalt mixtures are significantly higher than that of matrix asphalt mixtures. CRP modified asphalt mixtures have better performance than that of RP modified asphalt mixtures.
