摘  要:基于Entropy-Topsis模型的综合评价方法,对住宅预制构件物流供应商的选择进行研究。在生产交货、物流成本、客户服务、发展潜力4个方面评价指标的基础上,运用Entropy法确定各指标的权重,采用Topsis法对物流供应商进行综合评价,并进行深层次的贴近度分析。再通过实证研究发现,Entropy-Topsis评价模型能够为住宅预制构件物流供应商的选择提供一种有效的决策指导。A research was carried out in depth on choosing logistic suppliers of prefabricated housing components based on Entropy-Topsis model that is a comprehensive evaluation research method. Firstly, the evaluation indicator system was established, including indicators of production delivery, logistics cost, customer service and development potential. Then Entropy evaluation method was applied to calculate the weight of each indicator. Moreover, Topsis method was employed to make comprehensive evaluation and closeness evaluation on the logistic suppliers. Finally, it is proved that Entropy-Topsis model can serve as an effective evaluation approach on selecting logistic suppliers of prefabricated housing components through empirical research.
