摘　　要：一体化皮基站作为一种提供室内无线覆盖的有效手段,已经被业界广泛认可。一体化皮基站适用环境有别于宏站场景,在组网性能提升方面不能一味照搬宏站网优经验。本文讨论了提升一体化皮基站组网性能的几个方法,包括下行功率分配、HARQ反馈模式及MIMO模式的配置。外场测试表明,这些方法的使用能够有效提升网络性能,增强用户体验。As an effective means of providing indoor wireless coverage, integrated small cell has been widely recognized by the industry. The applying environment of integrated small cell is different from that of macro cell, so the network optimiza- tion experience of macro cell cannot blindly been copied to the case of integrated small cell in improving the network perfor- mance aspect. Some methods for improving the performance of the integrated small cell network is discussed in this paper, including parameters configuration for DL power allocation, HARQ feedback mode and MIMO mode. Field tests show that using these methods can improve the network performance effectively and enhance the user experience accordingly.
