超声引导下乳腺微小肿块患者乳腺穿刺活检与病理诊断应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的：研究并探讨超声引导下乳腺微小肿块患者行穿刺活检与病理诊断的应用价值。材料与方法：选取2015年1月-2016年8月期间我院收治的65例乳腺微小肿块患者作为研究对象，对乳腺微小肿块患者实施超声引导下乳腺穿刺活检，对患者的超声图像进行分析，根据穿刺活检结果作出诊断，并与术后病理诊断结果进行比较。结果：65例患者经超声乳腺穿刺活检，共检出76个病灶，包括29个恶性病变、47个良性病变，与术后病理诊断结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。超声乳腺穿刺活检对乳腺癌的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确性分别为92．86％、93．75％、93．42％，对乳腺良性病变的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确性分别为89．58％、85．71％、90．79％。结论：在超声引导下对乳腺微小肿块患者实施乳腺穿刺活检，可对乳腺微小肿块的性质进行明确，有效区分良性病变、恶性病变，有利于早期发现微小乳腺癌。Purpose： To study the value of ultrasonogTaphy guided biopsy and pathological diagnosis in patients with small breast masses. Materials and Methods： From January 2015 to August 2016, 65 patients with small mammary masses were treated with uhrasonography guided mammography biopsy. The ultrasound images of the patients were analyzed. According to the puncture Biopsy results to make a diagnosis, and postoperative pathological diagnosis results were compared. Resuits： Sixty-six patients were diagnosed by ultrasonography. There were 76 lesions, including 29 malignant lesions and 47 benigu lesions. The difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasound breast biopsy for breast cancer were 92. 86%, 93.75% , 93.42% respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of benign breast lesions were 89. 58% , 85.71% and 90. 79% , respectively. Conclusion： Under the guidance of ultrasound, breast biopsy could be carried out in patients with small breast masses. The nature of breast lumps could be clearly distinguished, which could distinguish benign lesion and malignant lesion. It was a great helpful for the early detection of breast cancer.
