摘　　要：以矿山退出为研究对象,描述了国外矿山关闭研究的现状,分析出我国矿山关闭面临法律体系不完善、闭矿规划不到位、环境治理需要加强等问题,并提出从"完善闭矿相关法律、及时制定闭矿规划、对闭矿企业实施政策机理"来完善闭矿工作的观点,为我国矿山关闭工作的顺利进行提供参考。By taking mine exit as the research object, this paper describes the research situation of foreign mines＇ closure, analyzes and concludes that China mines＇ closure facing problems that legal systems are imperfect, closed mine planning does not reach the designated position and environmental governance needs to be strengthen. And it puts forward the viewpoint that from ＂perfect the relevant laws, formulate mine closure plan and implement policy incentive mechanism to closed enterprise＂to improve mine closed work, providing a reference for China mines smoothly shut down.
