摘　　要：为深入落实国务院颁布的体育产业新政策中打造一批高水平名牌赛事的战略部署,实现建成世界一流职业联赛的美好蓝图,以2014—2015赛季CBA联赛成立20周年这一独特发展阶段竞赛中存在的主要问题为切入点,运用文献资料调研、录像观察、专家访谈等方法对CBA联赛竞赛制度改革的目标进行总结与提炼:主要包括竞赛的公正性、观赏性、均衡性、健康性、独特性5个方面,进而提出了实现目标的保障路径:主要包括发动机制、依托基点、推进方式、动力支持、运行机制。In order to create a high—level brand competition strategy,which is a new policy of sports industry promulgated by the state council,and to realize the beautiful blueprint to build a world first-class league,by taking the major problems in 20 years（2014 — 2015） of CBA as the starting point,using the methods of literature investigation,video observation and expert interview,the author summarized the reform target which mainly includes five aspects：competition fairness,appreciation,balance,health and uniqueness.At the last,the guarantee path of CBA competition system reform in the future was put forward which includes the starting mechanism,relying on the basic point,promotion mode,power support and operation mechanism.
