摘　　要：诚信是公民塑造完善人格的重要内容,既涉及其自身的成长,也涉及国家未来的道德秩序基础。大学阶段是个人诚信教育的关键期。使大学生养成诚实守信的良好品行,督促他们在今后的人生道路上诚实守信地经营自己、参与社会活动,不仅直接关系到大学生的全面发展,而且影响到市场经济的健康发展以及社会主义和谐社会的建设。然而,现实中的确存在一定程度的大学生诚信缺失问题。改善大学生诚信缺失状况,提升大学生的诚信品质,要在全社会营造良好的诚信氛围,充分发挥家庭的影响作用,并重点加强高校诚信教育和约束机制,更好地实现高等教育现代化的目标。Honesty is an important part for citizens to shape a perfect personality, involving both the growth of their own and the future moral order basis in China. The university stage is a critical period for the education of personal honesty. College students should be educated to develop the good character of honesty and trustworthiness and should be supervised to develop themselves honestly and trustworthily in the way of their future life and to participate in social activities, not only directly related to the comprehensive development of college students but also influencing the healthy development of market economy and the construction of harmonious socialist society. However,in reality there exist problems of lack of college students＇ honesty to a certain degree. To improve college students＇ honesty and their honest quality, we should create a good atmosphere of honesty in the society as a whole, give full play to the effect of family and focus on strengthening the education of honesty and constraint mechanism in university to better achieve the goal of modernization in higher education.
