中国连片特困区发展的特殊性及减贫路径优化——以赣南罗霄山为例

摘　　要：江西赣南罗霄山区是扶贫攻坚区,致贫因素包括经济发展基础薄弱,产业结构单一;地理资本脆弱和地理位置偏远;社会发展基础脆弱,自我发展能力不足。江西赣南罗霄山区减贫应加大非物质扶贫要素的投入、加大精准扶贫力度和增强贫困协同治理。Luoxiaoshan Contiguous Poor Areas in Jiangxi is national extremely poor area, the factors that caused poverty in the areas includes weak economic development foundation, single industrial structure, unfavorable geography position, weak social infrastructure, insufficiency self-development ability. Therefore, to implement the poverty reduction in Luoxiaoshan areas, we have to put more non- material investment in the areas, enforce the targeted-poverty alleviation and the coordinated governance on poverty alleviation.
