京津冀产业协同发展中河北省的对策研究

摘　　要：京津冀产业的协同发展对河北省来说是一次重大机遇,其中既涉及产业承接与转移又关系到推进河北产业的转型升级。企业作为产业的主体、市场的主体,基于企业视角的研究不可或缺。文章通过分析企业影响转移的因素与河北省自身情况,提出河北在承接京津产业转移吸引优秀企业上可以着重从打造成本优势、推动产业园区与产业集群、促进生产要素流动和吸引与培养高端人才等四个方面上做文章。The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industry which is involved in undertaking and transferring of industry and related to promote upgrading of Hebei Industry is a big opporttmity for Hebei province. Due to enterprise is the body of the industry and the main body of market, the research of enterprise＇s view is indispensable. By analyzing the factors which affect the enterprise transfer and Hebei province＇s own situation, the paper mentions that, Hebei government can emphatically through four aspects to make cost advantage, promote industry park and industry cluster, promote the production factors and attract talents to undertake industrial transfer.
