摘　　要：目的了解攀枝花市2015年法定传染病的流行特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2015年攀枝花市法定传染病发病情况进行分析。结果 2015年该市共报告乙丙类法定传染病18种3 512例,死亡35例,年报告发病率为283.39/10万,死亡率为2.82/10万,病死率为1.00%,报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为手足口病、肺结核、其他感染性腹泻病、痢疾、艾滋病。东区发病最高,男女发病率之比为1.41∶1,4岁以下散居儿童为重点人群。结论 2015年攀枝花市法定传染病报告发病率与2014年相比略有上升,肠道传染病是主要发病类型,需认真贯彻落实预防为主的方针,把握防控重点,采取综合防控措施。[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Panzhihua City in2015,provide scientific evidence for developing the prevention and control measures.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases in Panzhihua City in 2015.[Results]In 2015,3 512 cases of18 kinds of class B and C notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Panzhihua City. The annual reported incidence rate was283.39/lakh,the mortality rate was 2.82/lakh,and the fatality rate was 1.00%. The top five diseases were hand,foot and mouth disease,tuberculosis,other infectious diarrhea,dysentery and AIDS. The incidence rate in Dongqu District was the highest,the male-to-female ratio was 1.41 ∶1,and scattered children under 4 years old were the high-risk group.[Conclusion]The annual reported incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases has risen slightly in Panzhihua city in 2015,and the intestinal infectious diseases are the main diseases. It is necessary to earnestly implement the policy of prevention first,grasp the emphasis,and take comprehensive prevention and control measures.
