摘 要:目的探讨沈阳市某社区医院儿科门诊量与空气质量及气象因素的关系。方法收集2012年1月1日—12月31日沈阳市某医院儿科门诊数据、空气质量指数(AQI)、大气污染级别以及气压、气温等气象监测数据,对上述资料的相关性和滞后效应进行分析,并构建回归方程进行预测。结果 2012年沈阳某医院儿科门诊量与气象指标中的平均气压、平均风速呈正相关,与降水量、平均水气压、平均气温、日最高气温、最低气温、平均相对湿度呈负相关;其中大气污染指数与女童呼吸系统疾病密切相关(P<0.01);AQI与当日和滞后1 d的呼吸系统门诊量有相关性(P<0.05);多因素回归分析显示呼吸系统门诊量与AQI呈正相关,与平均气压、平均相对湿度、最高气温呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论大气污染和气象因素是儿童呼吸系统疾病的重要影响因素。[Objective]To explore the relationship between pediatric outpatient volume in a community hospital in Shenyang and air quality and meteorological factors.[Methods]The data of pediatric outpatient volume, air quality index(AQI),air pollution levels,air pressure and air temperature from January 1 to December 31 in 2012 were collected. The correlation and hysteresis effect of above data were analyzed,and the regression equation was built to predict.[Results]The pediatric outpatient volume in a hospital in Shenyang in 2012 was positively correlated with average air pressure and wind speed,and negatively correlated with precipitation,average water pressure,average temperature,daily maximum temperature,minimum temperature and average relative humidity. Atmospheric pollution index was closely related to respiratory system disease of girls(P〈0.01). AQI was correlated with current day and delay one day respiratory system outpatient volume(P〈0.05). The multi-factor regression analysis showed that the respiratory system outpatient volume was positively correlated with AQI,and negatively correlated with average air pressure,average relative humidity and highest temperature(P 〈0.05).[Conclusion]The atmospheric pollution and meteorological factors are the important influencing factors of children’s respiratory system diseases.
