摘　　要：从调整产业结构、优化能源结构、推进节能降耗与提高能效、增加森林碳汇等方面,对"十二五"期间山西省在应对气候变化方面政策制定与落实情况和采取的行动及取得的成效进行了系统分析,为"十三五"科学应对气候变化起到很好的借鉴和参考作用。This paper systematically analyses the policies and their implementation and the measurements and effects in dealing with the environmental change during the ＂12th Five-Year＂of Shanxi Province from the perspectives of adjusting industrial structure,optimizing energy structure,promoting energy saving and improving energy efficiency,increasing forest carbon sinks and so on. It will be a good reference for scientifically dealing with the environmental change during the＂13th Five-Year＂period.
