摘　　要：基层是权力机构的末梢,可以说农村基层主要是县乡一级的政府部门。基层的概念已经进一步分解到村、甚至是合作社及其生产小组。因此,基层农业信息服务模式及其体系的构建,研究对象是以村庄为基层单元的。从基层农业信息服务视角出发,基于服务主体、服务客体、信息技术、服务方式,分别研究了基层农业信息服务的模式,然后从模式视角出发,综合构建基层农业信息服务体系。The primary-level organizations are the end of the authority. The primary – level organizations in rural areas are mainly the government departments at county and town level. The primary – level organizations are already spread to villages,cooperatives and production teams. Therefore,the object of study of the service mode of the primary-level agricultural information and the construction of its system are based on the primary-level units of village. This paper studies the mode of the primary-level agricultural information respectively from the respects of objects of service,subjects of service,information technology and service ways from the perspective of service of the primary-level agricultural information. It puts forward that we should construct the service system of the primary-level agricultural information comprehensively from the perspective of the mode.
