摘　　要：随着中国"走出去"战略的不断推进,中国已经成为对外投资大国,对美国的直接投资高速增长,与此同时,中国对美出口却频繁受到贸易壁垒的影响。中国对美直接投资的行业分布呈现多元化特征,制造业领域投资比重较高,投资行业领域与遭受美国反倾销措施的出口部门呈现一定的重叠性。理论模型和实证分析结果表明,美国对华实施反倾销贸易壁垒对中国对美直接投资具有较强的推动作用,即中国对美直接投资具有较强的贸易壁垒跨越动机,但我国经济发展水平仍是决定对美直接投资的重要变量。我国政府和企业应采取相应的对策措施。With China＇s Go global strategy carrying out continuously,China has become a leader country of outward direct investment , China＇s direct investment in the United States is growing at a high speed. Meanwhile,China＇s exports to the United States have frequently suffered serious impacts from many trade barriers. Based on the objective analysis of the industry distribution of China＇s direct investment in the United States and the trade barriers faced by China, this paper empirically studies the impact of trade barriers on China＇s direct investment in the United States through the cointegration test analysis by using the time series data. The results show that： the United States anti-dumping trade barriers to China has a strong role in promoting China＇s direct investment in the United States, China＇s direct investment in the United States has a relatively strong motivation of jumping trade barriers, but the economic development is still an important variable determining China＇s direct investment in the United States. Finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations.
