摘　　要：新兴权利研究逐渐成为近年法学研究的一个新热点,2014年12月在苏州大学召开的首届"新兴(新型)权利与法治中国学术研讨会"标志着中国的新兴权利研究有所规划并逐渐形成规模。入选论文的论题广泛涉及新兴权利一般理论、人格权、数据权与信息权、社会权、环境权、新兴财产性权利等多个方面。对于入选优秀论文所取得的学术成绩及其所反映的新兴权利发展状况,尤其值得我们系统认真总结,这必定会对中国法治发展和社会进步起到重大推动作用。Emerging rights research has gradually become a new focus of legal research in recent years, and the first ＂emerging（new） rights and the rule of law in China academic seminar＂ held in Suzhou University in December 2014 marks that China＇s emerging rights research has been planned and gradually formed scale. The topics selected in these papers are widely related to the general theory of new rights, personality right, data right and information right, social right, environmental right,new property right and so on. The academic achievements of the selected outstanding papers and the development of the emerging rights reflected in the academic achievements are especially worthy of our careful summary of the system. This will certainly play a major role in promoting the development of the rule of law and social progress in China.
