摘 要:烟气拦截滤网对飞灰的耐磨蚀性能和引起的流动压降损失会影响拦截滤网系统稳定安全运行,进而影响选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统催化剂床层的安全运行。为了解飞灰质量浓度对拦截滤网冲蚀磨损影响及流动阻力特性规律,搭建冷态模拟实验台,对材质为316、316L、2Cr13 3种不锈钢滤网在不同飞灰质量浓度下的磨损性能进行了实验研究,采用一元线性回归,拟合得到不同材质滤网磨损速率与飞灰质量浓度的经验关联式;同时测定了2种不同脊角316L滤网在不同飞灰质量浓度及流速下的流动阻力压降。结果表明:拟合关联式中,3种滤网的浓度系数均在1.006 7~1.116 9;实验条件下,2Cr13滤网的耐磨损性能最佳,316滤网次之,316L滤网最差;滤网流动阻力压降随时间的延长而趋于平衡;流速一定时,随着飞灰质量浓度的增大,平衡所需时间有所缩短;在相同条件下,脊角为90°滤网布置方式的流动性能优于60°的滤网布置方式。研究结果可为工程中SCR脱硝系统拦截滤网的设计、选型提供研究基础和理论参考。Screen mesh's wear-corrosion resistances against fly ash and the loss of pressure drop caused by screen can affect the stable and safe operation of the interceptor filter system, and then affect safe operation of catalyst layers in the SCR denitration system. To investigate the effect of fly ash concentration on ero- sion wear of the screen mesh and the flow resistance characteristics of the screen mesh, cold state experi- mental platform was established to carry out experiments about the wear resistance of the 316,316L and 2Cr13 stainless steel meshes under conditions with different ash concentrations. By unary linear regression method, empirical correlation formulas between wear rate and ash concentration for meshes made of differ- ent material stainless steels were obtained through fitting. Moreover, the flow resistance pressure drop caused by two different angles of 316L mesh have been determined experimentally under conditions with different large particle ash concentrations and flow velocities. The experimental results show that, the con- centration coefficients of the three meshes in the fitting equations is all between 1. 006 7 and 1. 116 9. Among the 316,316L and 2Cr13 stainless steel mesh,the 2Cr13 material has the best wear resistance per formance while the 316L material has the worst,the 316 material is somewhere in the middle. The flow re- sistance pressure drop of the screen mesh tends to be balance with the extension of time, and with the in-crease of concentration, the time needed for balance is reduced under conditions with the same flow veloci- ty. The experimental channel of flow performance installing 90° screen mesh is better than that installing 60° screen mesh under the same condition. The study results can provide research basis and theoretical ref- erence for interception filter design and type selection of the SCR denitration system.
