摘 要:本文以语言景观研究法为基础,调查西昌市老城区和商业区彝文语言景观使用现状及不同群体对此现象的认识。研究发现:两地双语和多语标牌占多数,彝文使用率较高;总体看,彝文并非标牌中的优势语言,不同区域、类型的标牌中彝文所处地位不同;老城区对彝文语言景观的认可度高于商业区,彝文更具优势。官方标牌和私人标牌使用彝文的初衷不同,前者多出于民族平等、旅游经济考虑,后者多是语言政策要求。当地彝文语言景观的象征功能大于信息功能,政府语言规划与民众认知并不一致。Based on linguistic landscape theory, this article analyzes the use of Yi characters in the Old Town and the Business Center in Xichang city as well as people' s perception of it. It is found that in the two areas, bilingual and multi-lingual public signs take up a larger percentage with a high application rate of Yi characters. In general, Yi characters are not the dominant language of the local signs; different types of pubic signs in different areas endow Yi characters with different status accordingly. The acceptance of the linguistic landscape of Yi characters in the Old Town is higher than that in the Business Center. The purposes of printing Yi characters on the official and private signs are different; the former is to promote ethnic equality and tourism economy while the latter is to respond to the government policy. In addition, the linguistic landscape of Yi characters functions more as a symbol than information. There is an obvious discrepancy between government language planning and public perception.
