摘　　要：分析了转轮叶片加补强块后,补强块与叶片出水边连接位置容易产生裂纹的原因,制定了修复工艺,罗列了修复过程中所用的设备、材料和工具。经合理铲磨和抛光处理有效修复了裂纹。Causes to produce the cracks located at the joint between the reinforcing block and the outlet edge of the blade after adding the reinforcing block onto the runner blade were analyzed while the repairing process was made up as well as equipment, materials and tools for repairing were listed. Effective repaired result was achieved through the sound relief grinding and polishing process.
