摘 要:实习支教是我国高师院校普遍推行的一种教育实习活动。通过对X院校已经完成实习支教的大学生进行调查发现:实习支教普遍地提高了大学生的实践创新能力,尤其是艺体类大学生的实践创新能力,且每周6-10课时是大学生实习支教中合理的工作量选择。籍此,实习支教作为高师院校行之有效的教育实习活动得到了进一步论证。实习支教合理关照大学生实践创新能力培养的具体策略为:重视实习支教工作,加强其对大学生创新能力的培养;强化文科类、理科类大学生的校内实践培养环节;注重合理安排大学生的实习支教任务。The practice teaching is an educational practice activity universally implemented by China's normal universities. By investigating the university students of X university who have completed the practice teaching, findings show that the practice teaching generally improves the students' practical innovation ability, especially the practical innovation ability of students in art and sports majors, and six to ten class hours a week is the reasonable choice of the students' practice teaching. Thereby, the practice teaching as an effectively educational practice activity in normal u- niversities has been further demonstrated. The specific strategies to reasonably care for cultivating college students' practical innovation ability in the practice teaching include the emphasis on the practice teaching work and strengthen- ing the cultivation of college students' innovation ability; strengthening the practice training link of students of arts and sciences inside university; the focus on the reasonable arrangement of college students' practice teaching tasks.
