摘 要:以玉米自交系B73为试验材料,用不同浓度的5-氮胞苷处理玉米种子后,对苗期、拔节期、抽雄期形态变化以及生理指标的影响进行了研究。结果表明:一定浓度(5~10μmol/L)的5-氮胞苷对玉米生长、发育起到促进作用。SOD、POD、CAT的活力随着处理浓度的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量随着处理浓度的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势;可溶性糖含量在苗期和拔节期随着处理浓度的增大呈先降低后升高的趋势,而在抽雄期随着处理浓度的增大呈现升高后降低的趋势。相关性分析表明:玉米自交系B73经过5-氮胞苷处理后其生长发育及生理指标的相关性达到显著水平。Maize inbred line B73 was used as experimental material in this study. B73 seeds were treated with different concentrations of 5-azacytidine. Analyses of morphological changes and impacts on physiological indexes were carried out during the stages of seedling,elongation and tasseling. The results are as follows: Growth and development of maize were promoted under certain concentration of 5-azacytidine(5-10 μmol / L). As concentration of 5-azacytidine increased,activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase increased first and then decreased. Soluble protein content had the same change trend with that of activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase.Soluble sugar content detected in the seedling and elongation stages decreased first and then increased. On the contrary,soluble sugar content in tasseling stage increased first and then decreased.Correlation analysis showed that physiological indexes and growth characteristics of maize inbred line B73 were correlated with each other significantly after the treatment of different concentrations of 5-azacytidine.
