摘  要:采用碱木素与杂聚糖PG及杂聚糖衍生物SJ反应制得碱木素-聚糖复合物(ALCC)。评价ALCC在淡水基浆钻井液中的作用效能,考察不同固相合成反应条件下合成ALCC处理水基钻井液的流变性能、降滤失性能、抑制页岩膨胀性能。DSC分析说明:固相合成ALCC的方法是可行的;碱木素与杂聚糖适宜的反应温度为160~180℃,合成产物ALCC中碱木素与杂聚糖主要以醚键结合;ALCCPG和ALCCSJ均具有一定的抑制页岩水化膨胀能力,能有效地吸附在黏土颗粒的表面,减少钻井液中自由水,从而有效抑制页岩的水化膨胀。与基浆相比,在25℃下ALCCPG-3可提高黏度26.26%,ALCCSJ-1可降低滤失量26.05%;在180℃下,ALCCSJ-5可增加黏度28.37%,ALCCSJ-1可降低滤失量10.85%。Alkali lignin-carbohydrate complex(ALCC) was prepared with alkali lignin,heteroglycan PG and heteroglycan derivative SJ as the materials.The performance of ALCC in fresh water base mud drilling fluid was evaluated,and the rheological property,filtrate loss reducing property and shale expansion inhibiting property of the ALCC-treated water based drilling fluid synthesized at different solid phase synthesis reaction conditions were studied.According to the results of DSC analysis,synthesis of ALCC in a solid phase reaction is practicable,the suitable temperature at which alkali lignin reacts with heteroglycan is 160 to 180 ℃,and alkali lignin couples with heteroglycan with ether bonds for the most part in ALCC,i.e.the synthetic product.Both ALCCPGand ALCCSJhave the capacity of inhibiting the hydration expansion of shale to a certain extent,and they can be adsorbed onto the surfaces of clay particles,thereby reducing the free water in drilling fluid and inhibiting the hydration expansion of shale effectively.Compared to the conditions at which base mud is used,the viscosity can be increased by 26.26% by ALCCPG-3and the filter loss can be reduced by 26.05% by ALCCSJ-1respectively at 25 ℃,and the viscosity can be increased by 28.37% by ALCCSJ-5and the filter loss can be reduced by 10.85% by ALCCSJ-1respectively at 180 ℃.
