摘　　要：目的:建立复方甘草片中吗啡与磷酸可待因的含量测定方法。方法:液相色谱电喷雾串联质谱仪,采集方式MRM(多反应监测),色谱柱Zorbax Eclipse SB C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,3.5μm),流动相:乙腈^(-1)5 mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵,梯度洗脱。结果:吗啡与可待因的母离子质核比分别为286.0、300.0,定量离子为165.0、165.0,吗啡在25~500 ng·ml^(-1)范围内线性良好,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为103.1%,磷酸可待因在0.75~150 ng·ml^(-1)范围内线性良好,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为101.5%,RSD=1.7%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏度高,前处理简单,可用于复方甘草片的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of morphine and codeine phosphate in compound liquorice tablets. Methods： The analysis was performed by HPLC-ESI-MSMS. The acquisition was MRM （muhi-reaction monitor） , the column was Agilent Zorbax Eclipse SB Cls （2.1 mm×100mm,3.5μm） , the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 15mmol L- 1 ammonium ac- etate with gradient elution. Results ： The precursor （m/z） of morphine and codeine was 286.0 and 300.0, respectively, and the quan- titative ion was 165.0 and 165.0, respectively. The linearity of morphine was excellent between 25 and 500ng ml -1, and the average recovery was 103.1%. The linearity of codeine was good between 0.75 ng and 150 ng m1-1, and the average recovery was 101.5% with RSD of 1.7 （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of compound ligu- orice tablets.
