中药治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎96例

摘　　要：目的观察中药治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院96例结核性胸膜炎患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,2组均给予常规抗痨治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予中药治疗,2组均治疗4周观察疗效。结果观察组体温恢复时间、胸水减少时间、抗痨药物不良反应与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎有一定疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 96 cases tuberculosis pleurisy patients our hospital was carried out. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional antitu- berculosis treatment. The observation group was given Chinese herbal medicine based on the conventional treatment. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results The body temperature recovery time, water reducing time and anti- tuberculosis drug adverse reactions was compared between the observation group and the control group, and the differences were sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Chinese medicine in the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy has certain curative effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
