止汗粉联合推拿捏脊治疗小儿汗证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟止汗粉联合推拿捏脊疗法治疗小儿汗证的临床效果。方法选取本院门诊2015年6月—2016年6月收治的小儿汗证患者160例,随机分为对照组60例与治疗组100例,对照组患儿给予玉屏风颗粒联合钙剂治疗,治疗组患儿采用自拟止汗粉联合推拿捏脊治疗,观察2组患儿的临床治疗效果并予以统计学处理分析。结果治疗组患者治疗后中医症状评分为(1.2±0.3)分,明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟止汗粉联合推拿捏脊疗法治疗小儿汗证的临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Zhihan powder combined with massage and chiropractic in the treatment of sweating disease in children. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, 160 cases of children with sweating disease were randomly assigned to control group of 60 cases and treatment group of 100 cases. Children in the control group were given Yupingfeng granules combined with calcium agent treatment. The treatment group was treated with self-made Zhihan powder combined with massage and chiropractic therap.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed and statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, TCM symptom score of the treatment group was （1.2 ± 0.3） which was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . At the same time, the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0% which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The self-made Zhihan powder combined with massage and chiropractic therapy in the treatment of sweating disease in children has satisfied clinical effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
