补肾开窍祛痰方治疗脑瘫伴智力低下疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价补肾开窍祛痰方治疗脑性瘫痪伴智力低下的疗效。方法将入选的68例脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组和中药组,每组34例,对照组采用常规康复治疗,中药组在常规治疗的基础上配合补肾开窍祛痰中药,治疗前及治疗2个疗程后进行智力及语言发育水平评估。结果康复治疗前2组患儿的智力及语言发育水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复2个疗程后2组患儿智力及语言发育水平中药组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾开窍祛痰方可改善脑性瘫痪患儿伴智力低下的智力及语言发育障碍。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nourishing kidney and inducing resuscitation for expelling phlegm prescrip- tion in the treatment of cerebral palsy with mental retardation. Methods 68 cases of cerebral palsy children were selected and ran- domly assigned to control group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment. The traditional Chinese medicine group was given nourishing kidney and inducing resuscitation for expelling phlegm prescription on the basis of routine treatment. The level of intelligence and language development before treatment and two courses later were assessed. Results The level of intelligence and language development of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly better than that of the control group after two courses of rehabilitation treatment （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion The nourishing kidney and inducing resuscitation for expelling phlegm prescription can improve the development disorders of intellizence and lanauaze of cerebral oalsv children with mental retardation.
