康复新液治疗混合痔术后疼痛、肛缘水肿的应用

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液在混合痔术后疼痛及肛缘水肿中的应用。方法将80例混合痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,2组术后均给予中药肛肠洗剂1号(熏洗)坐浴熏洗,对照组给予地奥司明片口服消肿治疗,治疗组应用康复新液外敷以通利血脉、养阴生肌治疗,观察患者用药后伤口疼痛和肛缘水肿的变化情况,结果治疗组用药后伤口疼痛评分和肛缘缘水肿评分均低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康复新液可以明显减轻混合痔术后疼痛,改善肛缘水肿,具有临床使用意义。Objective To observe the application Kangfuxin solution on the pain and anal edema after haemorrhoidectomy. Methods 80 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid after haemorrhoidectomy were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine anorectal lotion 1 （fumigation） hip fumigation and washing. The control group was also given oral diosmin tablets treatment. The treatment group received external wash Kangfuxin solution for promoting blood circulation, nourishing yin and promoting granulation on the basis of the control group. The change on the pain and anal edema of after medication were observed. Results After medication, the wound pain score and anal ede- ma scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01） . Conclusion Kangfuxin solution has clinical significance in reducing hemorrhoids postoperative pain and improving postoperative edema, and has clinical application significance.
