茵陈蒿汤联合甘草酸二铵注射液治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察联合应用加味茵陈蒿汤和甘草酸二铵治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的临床效果。方法将我院治疗的72例急性黄疸型肝炎患者平分成对照组与研究组,各36例,2组患者均使用甘草酸二铵,研究组加用加味茵陈蒿汤治疗,观察比较治疗前后2组患者肝功能变化情况以及治疗后的效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者肝功能改善情况明显优于对照组,且治疗总有效率91.7%也明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论联合应用加味茵陈蒿汤和甘草酸二铵治疗急性黄疸型肝炎,效果确切,价值高。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Yinchenhao decoction combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinatc in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis. Methods 72 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis patients were divided into control group and study group, with 36 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and study group also used modified Yinchenhao decoction. Before and after treatment, the change of the liver function and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared, respectively. Results After treatment, the improvement on liver function of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of the study group was 91.7% which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The modified Yinchenhao decoction combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis has exact effect and high value.
