凉血汤合羟氯喹治疗重症激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察凉血汤合羟氯喹治疗重症激素依赖性皮炎血热证的疗效。方法共选取90例激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分为3组各30例,治疗组口服凉血汤及羟氯喹,西药组口服羟氯喹、中药组单独口服凉血汤,疗程8周。治疗结束后比较3组疗效和不良反应。结果 3组症状均有不同程度好转,治疗组总有效率86.20%;西药组总有效率总有效率:75.00%;中药组总有效率71.42%,治疗组较其他2组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论皮炎汤合羟氯喹治疗血热型激素依赖性皮炎安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hydroxychloroquine combined with Liangxue decoction in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 90 ases of patients with hormone dependent dermatitis were ran- domly divided into three groups, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with hydroxychloroquine and Liangxue decoction. The Western medicine group took orally hydroxychloroquine. The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Liangxue decoction. Three groups were treated for eight weeks. The therapeutical effect and adverse effect after treatment between the three groups was compared. Results After treatment, the syndrome of the three groups was improved. The total effective rate of the treatment group, Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was 86.20%, 75.00% and 71.42%, respectively, and the treatment group was better than the other two groups in the total effective rate （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Hydroxychloro- quine combined with Liangxue decoction in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of hormone dependent dermatitis is effictive and safe, which has a certain clinical application value.
