化疗后白细胞减少症的中西医结合护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合护理化疗后白细胞减少症患者的效果。方法以2014年3月—2016年3月为期,共选出患者82例。分为2组,41例患者单纯采用西医护理,为对照组;41例则采用中西医结合护理,为研究组。结果研究组患者护理总有效率为90.24%(37/41),明显高于对照组73.17%(32/41),2组数据存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能提升白细胞减少症疗效。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with leu- copenia after chemotherapy. Methods From March 2014 to March 2014, 82 cases of patients were selected and divided into two groups. The control group of 41 cases adopted Western medicine nursing. The study group adopted nursing of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.24% （37/41） which was significantly higher than 73.17%（32/41） of the control group, and the data were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Nursing of com- bined traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the curative effect of leucopenia.
