中西医结合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征1例

摘　　要：骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndromes,MDS)是一组与白血病发生密切相关的造血功能异常或造血功能紊乱症候群,该病起源于造血干细胞,以病态造血,高风险向急性白血病转化为特征。马浩亮主任医师擅长中西医结合诊治MDS,本文以马老师采用中西医结合方法治疗MDS1例,取得良好效果,进行病例报告。The myelodysplastie syndromes （MDS） are a group of leukemia occurs abnormal hematopoiesis function closely related or hematopoietic dysfunction syndrome. The disease originates from hematopoietie stem cells, and characteristics are dyshaematopoiesis and high risk to acute leukemia transformation. Chief Physician Ma Haoliang is good at treating MDS with therapy of integrated medicine. This paper included one case of MDS treated by Chief Physician Ma Haoliang with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and good therapeutic effect was obtained.
