夏枯草治疗高血压的最新进展及评析

摘　　要：本文对夏枯草治疗高血压从组方:固定方、辨证论治方、加减方;剂型:片剂、注射液、茶剂等;应用:单味、配伍;用量;治疗范围;疗程;疗效;夏枯草应用与辨证分型的关系;应用夏枯草的副作用及纠正方法;夏枯草降压与西药的比较;夏枯草降压的传统依据及降压的现代研究等方面的最新进展进行了论述、总结、评析及展望。结论:夏枯草是一味很有应用与研究价值的治疗高血压的中药;治疗效果显著,副作用小;夏枯草治疗高血压既有千年传统理论作基础,又有现代科学实验研究结果支持,足见其治疗高血压具有发展前途。This paper introduced prunella vulgaris in the treatment of hypertension from prescription： fixed prescriptions, syndrome differentiation and treatment prescriptions, modifed prescriptions; dosage form： tablet, injection, medicinal tea; application; single herb, compatibility of medicines ;dosage; period of treatment; curative effect; relationship between application and syndrome types of prunella vulgaris; side effects of prunella vulgaris and correcting methods of application; comparison of prunella vulgaris and Western medicine; the latest progress of prunella vulgaris and modem research on hypertension were discussed, summarized, analyzed and prospected. Conclusion： Prunella vulgaris is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with the research and application value in the treatment of hypertension. The treatment effect is remarkable, and almost no side effects. Prunella vulgaris in the treatment of hypertension both based on the thousands of years of traditional theory and modern scientific experiment and research results support, and when treating hypertension, it has a promising future.
