香砂枳术丸治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂枳术丸治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用香砂枳术丸治疗,对照组采用西沙必利治疗。观察2组治疗后临床疗效、临床积分改善情况、复发率及不良反应。结果 2组临床疗效比较,治疗组与对照组有效率分别为86.2%、62.1%(P<0.05);2组治疗后积分改善情况比较,治疗组治疗前积分(13.3±3.6)分、治疗后积分为(6.6±3.9)分;对照组分别为(12.5±2.8)分、(8.8±1.8)分;治疗组治疗后积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组复发率比较,治疗组与对照组1年内复发率分别为34.3%、67.8%(P<0.05)。不良反应比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香砂枳术丸能够调整胃肠功能恢复、改善临床症状、减少复发率、提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiangsha Zhizhu pill in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group used Xiangsha Zhizhu pill. The control group used cisapride treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment, clinical points to im-prove the situation, the recurrence rate and adverse reactions were observed. Results The clinical curative effect of the treatment group and the control group was 86.2% and 62.1%, respectively（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the integral improvement was compared.Before treatment, the integral improvement of the treatment group was（13.3 ±3.6）, after treatment, the integral improvement of the treatment group was（6.6±3.9）. The the integral improvement of the control group was before and after treatment was（12.5 ±2.8）and（8.8±1.8）, respectively. After treatment, the score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate between two groups was compared. The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group within one year was 34.3% and 67.8%, respectively（ P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions of the treatment group was significantiy better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiangsha Zhizhu pill can adjust gastrointestinal function recovery, improve clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the quality of life.
