摘　　要：肝硬化腹水属于中医学"臌(鼓)胀病"的范畴,病机复杂,病情顽固,缠绵难愈,党师结合多年临床经验,认为本病基本病机为脾肾阳虚为本,气滞、瘀血为标。以"消水、行水、利水"三大治疗原则运用临床,收效桴鼓。Liver cirrhosis ascites belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine ＂ tympanites disease＂, and is complicated,stubborn illness and touching painless. Combined with many years of clinical experience, Professor Dang Zhongqin thought that the basic pathogenesis is spleen and kidney yang deficiency, and qi stagnation, blood stasis. Taking ＂ eliminating diuresis, desiccating diuresis, inducing diuresis＂ as three treatment principles for clinical use, the curative effect is very good.
