温阳定痛蠲痹方治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征的机理及组方分析

摘　　要：运用祖国医学分析了原发性纤维肌痛综合征的病因病机,并针对本病临床辨证分型属阳虚寒凝证患者而自拟了温阳定痛蠲痹方,笔者取得了满意的疗效,基于此进一步解读之机理及组方分析,并引述了欧美等国目前研究原发性纤维肌痛综合征的发病机理,继之利用现代药理学研究了温阳定痛蠲痹方组成的中药,能多环节、多靶点治疗本病临床多样的症状。The etiology and pathogenesis of primary fibromyalgia syndrome was analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine. For the clinical syndrome differentiation typing of yang deficiency and stasis syndrome patients, the self-made Wenyang Dingtong Juanbi prescription was prepared, and the author obtained the satisfactory curative effect. Based on this, the further understanding of the mechanism and composition were analyzed. The pathogenesis of Europe and the United States in the current study of primary fibromyalgia syndrome was quoted, followed by modern pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine for composition of Wenyang Dingtong Juanbi prescription, and can multi link and multi-target treat clinical symptoms of this disease.
