摘　　要：随着胆囊切除手术的广泛开展,胆囊术后综合征的发病也随之大为增加。本文章收集归纳目前期刊已发表的各类相关文章,总结了现在已知的胆囊切除术后综合征(postcholecystectomy syndrome,PCS)的病因,并总结归纳了目前临床治疗的现状,为广大临床工作者提供一个现阶段治疗的概况。With the extensive development of cholecystectomy, the incidence of postcholecystectomy syndrome is greatly increased. This article collected inductive current periodical published various articles, summarized now known pathogeny of syndrome （poste- holecystectomy syndrome and the current status of clinical treatment, and provided an overview of treatment for the majority of clini- cians.
