摘　　要：目的了解宁夏青年学生艾滋病知识掌握和相关危险性行为情况，为制定防制措施提供依据。方法收集2010—2015年青年学生艾滋病哨点监测结果，进行整理分析。结果2010—2015年共调查宁夏青年学生4800人。宁夏青年学生对艾滋病基本知识掌握较好，2010-2015年知晓率均高于80％，但各相关知识掌握水平不均衡。青年学生共382人发生过性行为，比例逐年增加（Х趋势^2=31．428，P〈0．01）；男生发生过性行为的比例为12．87％，高于女生的3．91％，且存在一定比例的同性性行为。青年学生发生性行为时使用安全套比例均低于80％，坚持使用安全套比例均低于60％。结论宁夏青年学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率仍有待提高，学生中存在不安全性行为。今后亟需加强大学生人群健康教育，针对学生男男性行为人群开展行为干预措施，阻止HIV在大学生人群中的传播。Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS knowledge and related sexual behaviors among college students in Ningxia and provide basis for making control and prevention measures. Methods The data of HIV sentinel surveillance for college students from 2010 to 2015 were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 4 800 young students in Ningxia were investigated from 2010 to 2015. The mastery of HIV/AIDS knowledge in young students was well. The awareness rates from 2010 to 2015 were all higher than 80%, but the knowledge level was not balanced. A total of 382 young students had sexual behavior, and the proportion increased year by year （Хtrend^2=31.428, P〈0.01 ）. The male students had higher ratio of sexual behavior （12.87% ） than female students （3.91% ）, and there was a certain proportion of homosexual sex. Proportions of condoms use in students were all lower than 80%, while the proportions of students who insisted on using condoms were lower than 60%. Conclusions HIV/AIDS prevention and control knowledge among young students in Ningxia still need to be improved. Unsafe sexual behavior exists among these students. The health education need to be strengthened for college students in the future and the effect interventions should be carried out among MSM （men who have sex with men） students, so as to prevent the HIV transmission in college students.
