创伤骨科修复中采用伤害控制骨科学原则治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨伤害控制骨科学(DCO)治疗原则在创伤骨科修复中的临床应用效果。方法选择未应用伤害控制原则期间进行治疗的50例患者作为对照组,选择应用伤害控制原则期间进行治疗的55例患者作为观察组。比较两组患者的住院时间、治疗效果、并发症及死亡的发生情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间(18.7±1.6)d明显短于对照组的(25.2±1.5)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生并发症4例,死亡2例,均少于对照组的11例、8例,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.36%,远远高于对照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤害控制骨科学治疗原则应用于创伤骨科修复中,可以明显缩短患者的住院时间,降低手术中的治疗风险,提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,值得在临床进行广泛应用。Objective To investigate clinical application effect by damage control orthopedics（DCO） treatment in traumatic orthopedics. Methods There were 50 patients without damage control orthopedics treatment as control group and 50 patients with damage control orthopedics treatment as observation group. Comparison was made on hospital stay time, curative effect, complications and mortality between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously shorter hospital stay time as（18.7±1.6） d than（25.2±1.5） d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had 4 cases with complications and 2 death cases, which were all less than 11 and 8 cases in the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had much higher total effective rate as 96.36% than 84.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of damage control orthopedics treatment in traumatic orthopedics can remarkably shorten hospital stay time, lower operative treatment risk, improve curative effect and reduce complications in patients. This method is worth widely clinical application.
