经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的探究经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用护理干预的效果,总结临床护理经验。方法 42例采用经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的胆囊疾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用针对性的护理干预措施进行护理,观察护理效果。结果本组42例患者均顺利完成手术,平均术中出血量(8.25±6.52)ml,手术时间27~72 min,平均手术时间(48.9±15.8)min。所有患者术后经过细致的护理干预均恢复良好,1 d之内均可下床活动,术后2~4 d均痊愈出院,除有2例轻微的呕吐、发热患者外,其余均无出血、胆漏等相关并发症发生。术后1个月进行复查,均有满意的脐部美容效果。结论对经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者进行系统的针对性的护理干预,能显著提高手术成功率及临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate effect by nursing intervention applied in transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and to summarize clinical nursing experience. Methods A total of 42 gallbladder diseases patients in transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment as study subjects all received targeted nursing intervention measures. Their nursing effects were observed. Results All 42 patients received successful operation, with mean intraoperative bleeding volume as（8.25±6.52） ml, operation time as 27~72 min and mean operation time as（48.9±15.8） min. After detailed nursing intervention, all patients had good rehabilitation, with off-bed activity within 1 d and discharge in postoperative 2~4 d. There were no related complications as hemorrhage or bile leakage, with exception of 2 cases with mild emesis and fever. Reexamination in 1 month after operation showed satisfactory umbilical region cosmetic result in all patients. Conclusion Implement of systematic and targeted nursing intervention in patients receiving transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy can remarkably improve operation success rate and clinical effect. This method is worth promoting and applying.
