益母草注射液对缩宫素治疗剖宫产子宫收缩性乏力产后出血的增效作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析益母草注射液对缩宫素治疗剖宫产子宫收缩性乏力产后出血的增效作用。方法 100例剖宫产产妇按照数字随机方式分成对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组产妇选择缩宫素治疗,实验组产妇选择益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗,对两组产妇的临床疗效和出血情况进行观察比较。结果对照组产妇术中出血量为(289.6±27.6)ml,术后2 h出血量为(57.6±6.2)ml,术后24 h出血量为(73.4±13.3)ml;实验组产妇术中出血量为(232.5±26.8)ml,术后2 h出血量为(35.7±7.3)ml,术后24 h出血量为(46.3±6.5)ml;实验组产妇术中、术后2 h及术后24 h出血量均显著低于对照组产妇,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组产妇临床治疗总有效率为78.0%(39/50);实验组产妇临床治疗总有效率为94.0%(47/50);实验组产妇临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益母草注射液对缩宫素治疗剖宫产子宫收缩性乏力产后出血的增效作用比较显著,产后出血量有效减少,相关并发症发生率降低,具有临床应用和推广价值。Objective To analyze synergistic effect by leonurus heterophyllus injection for oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section uterine inertia. Methods A total of 100 puerpera in cesarean section were divided by random number table into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received oxytocin for treatment, and the experimental group received leonurus heterophyllus injection combined with oxytocin for treatment. Clinical effects and hemorrhage status were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The control group had intraoperative bleeding volume as（289.6±27.6） ml, 2 h postoperative bleeding volume as（57.6±6.2） ml, and 24 h postoperative bleeding volume as（73.4±13.3） ml. The experimental group had intraoperative bleeding volume as（232.5±26.8） ml, 2 h postoperative bleeding volume as（35.7±7.3） ml, and 24 h postoperative bleeding volume as（46.3±6.5） ml. The experimental group had obviously lower intraoperative bleeding volume, 2 h and 24 h postoperative bleeding volume than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The control group received had total effective rate in clinical treatment as 78.0%（39/50）, and the experimental group had total effective rate in clinical treatment as 94.0%（47/50）. The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Leonurus heterophyllus injection shows remarkable synergistic effect for oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section uterine inertia, along with obviously reduced postpartum bleeding volume and lowered incidence of complications. This method contains value for clinical application and promotion.
