摘　　要：新疆油田公司油气开发合资合作模式主要包括独立经营、市场化运作的产品分成模式、风险作业服务协议模式和联合经营模式。根据盈利分红能力,财政贡献能力和资产收益率,单位产量收益和成本,以及对国家、自治区、地方财政的贡献率,对合资合作公司进行经营效益的综合评价。评价结果为产品分成B公司的合资合作模式是当前中国石油天然气集团公司和新疆维吾尔自治区发展混合所有制经济的最成功的范例。The joint venture cooperation business models for oil and gas development in Xinjiang Oilfield Company mainly include independent management, production sharing model with market-oriented operation, service agreement model of risk operation and joint operation model.According to the rate of contribution from profit share, financial contribution, return on assets, yield per unit of earnings, cost, and the contribution to the state, autonomous regions, and local finance, the operation benefits in joint venture companies were evaluated comprehensively.The result shows that the joint venture cooperation business model in B company is the most successful example with developing mixed ownership economy between CNPC and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
