区域生态环境质量的灰色评价模型及其应用

摘　　要：将灰色系统的评价方法引入区域生态环境质量评价中 ,评价指标值分为高、中、低 3类 ,首先计算出评价对象隶属于各指标类别的权系数 ,再将各评价指标同类别的权系数加权迭加 ,得到评价对象的综合权系数矩阵 ,在此基础上运用三角坐标图对评价对象进行综合评估和分类 ,避免了常用的指数法存在的问题 ,提高了评价的准确性。最后 ,将该方法应用于我国区域生态环境质量评价中 。In this paper,a gray assessment method is applied to the regional eco environment quality evaluation.Values of assessment indexes are divided into three classifications——high,medium and low.The weight coefficients that objects belong to the classifications are calculated.Weight sums are calculated to weight coefficients that have the same index category.Then comprehensive weight coefficient matrix of objects is acquired.According to the matrix,triangular coordinates figure is charted and the regional eco environment quality ranks are classified.This method can avoid the problem of the index method.So the accuracy of the assessment is improved.Lastly,this method is applied to the regional eco environment quality assessment in China.Better results are acheived.
