城市核心区地下空间规划实施绩效研究——以重庆江北城CBD为例

摘　　要：江北城中央商务区是第1个单独编制地下空间规划的重庆市重点片区，自2004年以来在规划的指导下进行了长期的地下空间开发实践，在规划管理和地下空间建设方面进行了有益的探索，建立了动态管理机制。通过对江北城地下空间结构、开发强度、开发深度、人性化、规划管理等方面进行评估，总结江北城在规划和市场作用下地下空间开发特征，提出重点片区地下空间规划编制，规划管理的建议。Jiangbei Central Business District is the first separate underground space planning in the key areas of Chongqing City. Its development since 2004 is an important exploration of underground space construction and management. A dynamic management mechanism is also established. With the assessment of its underground space structure, development intensity, development depth, humanization, planning and management and other aspects, this paper summarizes the characteristics of underground space development of Jiangbei CBD and puts forward some suggestions for the underground space planning and management in key areas.
