重庆西永大学城自行车交通系统规翅建设评估及对山地城市的启示

摘　　要：自行车是短距离的主要出行方式之一，也是各种交通方式的终端接驳，重庆是一个没有自行车出行传统的城市，但西部和北部地区的地势平坦，加上有出行需求，这些地区具有发展自行车交通的条件，2012年开始，西永大学城规划建设了自行车交通系统，为市民提供了舒适便捷的出行环境，通过现场踏勘、量化指标评价和问卷调查等手段对自行车系统进行规划和建设的评估，尤其在量化指标评价方面，提出了独有的评价指标体系，以期对山地城市自行车交通系统的规划建设提供经验及参考，也为如何科学、客观评价山地城市自行车交通提供规范的方法参考。Chongqing is a mountain city without cycling trip tradition. However, as its western and northern parts are flat, bicycle travel in these areas becomes more and more popular. To provide a comfortable and convenient travel environment, a bicycle transportation system is under construction in Xiyong College Town since 2012. With field survey, quantitative evaluation index and questionnaire survey, this paper tries to evaluate the planning and construction of this bicycle system. A unique evaluation index system is provided, hoping to give a scientific, objective evaluation of bicycle traffic system in mountainous cities.
