摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病病毒(HIV)阳性男同性恋者配偶的生存状况。方法采用现象学研究法,对11名HIV抗体阳性的男同性恋者的配偶进行一对一的半结构式深入访谈,了解她们存在的问题。收集资料分析整理后,提炼主题。结果 11名女性面临的主要问题是:家庭不和睦、被欺骗感(问他既然是同性恋为什么要成家,他说是父母逼的,就这样被他骗了)、耻辱感(认为艾滋病是伤风败俗、性混乱引起的,被别人看不起)、有性病艾滋病感染的危险(都认为丈夫就是传染源,被丈夫传染,也确诊感染HIV),受访者对男同性恋者对待婚姻家庭的行为深感痛恨,但又无力改变现状,在父母和朋友面前抬不起头。结论男同性恋者配偶的生活创伤造成其生存现状的巨大改变和生存质量显著下降,医务人员应帮助HIV阳性男同性恋者的配偶减轻知情后负性心理,掌握艾滋病防护治疗知识,重新找回生活的信心。Objective To understand the living situation of wives wed to gay men infected with HIV.Methods Phenomenological approach was conducted through one-on-one semi-structured in-depth interviews with 11 wives wed to HIV positive gay men,and then the collected data were analyzed accordingly.Results The 11 women were facing the problems in their real life by feeling that their families were not harmonious;they were cheated by their spouses（when a wife asked her husband why he got married,he answered he was forced by his parents）;they felt ashamed of being infected with HIV through their husbands（as they thought HIV infection was caused by the immoral risk behaviors,and often stigmatized and discriminated）;and they would have the risks of STD/AIDS infection（as they all thought that their husbands were the source of infection）.The respondents extremely hated their husbands＇ attitude toward marriage and family,but they were not able to change the situation.Conclusion The existing status quo of the women wed to gay men infected with HIV is really anxious and their life quality has been significantly reduced.Health workers should help them alleviate their psychological depression after they get to know the HIV positive status of their husbands or even themselves.They must be aware of AIDS-related knowledge and treatment,and regain the confidence of life.
