摘　　要：目的了解唐山市劳教所新收教的劳教人员中的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况,以及干预前后劳教人员对艾滋病的知识、态度和行为的改变情况,为今后对该人群提供有效的健康教育方式和行为干预方法提供科学依据。方法对唐山市新入监的914名劳教人员进行了HIV检测,并进行了艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为等情况的基线调查,艾滋病相关内容的健康教育和安全套推广等干预,6个月后再进行1次相同内容的干预调查。结果914名劳教人员中,共检出HIV阳性者5例,阳性检出率为0.55%。该人群干预前后对艾滋病的相关知识、态度、行为都发生了明显的变化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论加强劳教人员对艾滋病相关知识的干预措施,提高他们对艾滋病知识知晓率,从而降低危险行为,为降低该人群艾滋病的传播风险起到积极的促进作用。Objective To understand HIV infection of the staff jailed in Tangshan,and changes of their awareness of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behaviors before and after intervention so as to provide scientific evidence for future health education and behavior intervention.Methods 914 jailed staff received HIV testing and their information was collected as baseline including their awareness of AIDS related knowledge,attitude and sexual behaviors,followed by health education and condom promotion.Then another round of survey was conducted after six months.Results 5 HIV positive antibodies were detected out of 914 staff,with the rate of 0.55%.The changes of knowledge,attitude and behaviors about AIDS were obvious,with statistically significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion The health intervention needs to be strengthened for people jailed to increase their knowledge awareness,reduce risk behaviors and prevent HIV transmission.
