中国药典中血竭药材含量测定方法的改进

摘　　要：目的改进血竭药材检验标准中血竭素高氯酸盐的含量测定方法。方法提取溶剂改为5%磷酸甲醇溶液,提取方法修订为"超声提取10 min后静置4 h"。结果血竭素含量测定结果稳定,测定值有较大提高。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,能有效地改善血竭药材含量测定中测定数据不稳定、重现性差的情况。To modify the determination method of Dracohodin perochlorate on Daemonorops draco Bl. in Pharmacopeia. METHODS The extraction solvent changed to 5%H_3PO_4/ MEOH,with method as standing for 4 hours after ultrasonic extraction for 10 min. RESULTS Dracohodin content data were stable, and The measured value was largely improved.CONCLUSION The optimized method is simple,stable and reproducible,which can be used in the quality control of Dracohodin.
