摘  要:目的建立延胡索的掺伪品山药豆的专属性检验方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对山药豆的主要成分尿囊素进行定性鉴别,并建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行验证。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强。尿囊素在20.51~410.2 ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 1;平均加样回收率为96.8%,RSD为1.1%。结论该文建立的方法能有效地鉴别掺伪延胡索,可为药品监督打假提供依据。To establish an identification method of adulteration of Corydalis Rhizoma. METHODS TLC method was used to identify Allantoin from Yam bulbils,and the results were verified by HPLC. RESULTS The identification of TLC was distinct and clear. The qualitative evaluation of Allantoin had a good linearity in the range of 20.51-410.2 ng( r = 0.999 1). The average recovery of Allantoin was 96. 8%( RSD = 1. 1%). CONCLUSION The establish method can quickly and effectively detect the adulteration in Corydalis Rhizoma samples.
